This is a dry gin that feels a little creamy on the palate. The unique botanicals (of which there are a staggering 28) are the star of the show, bringing notes of raspberry and cumquat. The finish has a hint of ginger.
This gin is a decades-in-the-making love song dedicated to the rainforests of Byron Bay. It starts with distiller Eddie Brook’s family regrowing the rainforest for 2 generations. Then it culminates with the use of 18 botanicals native to the area in this delicious gin including Byron Sunrise Finger Lime and Aniseed Myrtle.
