This ready-to-pour cocktail exists thanks to a collaboration between two Hobart darlings: Taylor & Smith Distillery and Dier Makr restaurant. It’s a gin martini but not as you know it, thanks to the addition of bitter Italian digestive. The result is, of course, bitter-sweet but also punchy and refreshing. A great alternative to a spritz, especially in cooler weather.
