Madre Espadin is crafted solely from Espadin maguey, a type of agave beloved for its high sugar content. It has a clean taste with very subtle flavours of ginger and pine. Reflecting the distinct terroir of Miahuatlan, Matatlan, and San Dionisio, this Mezcal has a soft alcohol finish.
