The Four Pillars Olive Leaf Gin is a limited edition gin made in collaboration with olive producer Cobram Estate. The gin is imbued with cold-pressed olive oil, olive leaf, lemon, and rosemary, giving it savoury and herbaceous flavours. The collaboration between the two companies was inspired by a shared commitment to sustainable agriculture and using locally sourced ingredients.
Why we love it
