Maidenii Sweet Vermouth is made from a blend of local wines and a mix of local and overseas botanicals like Australian Wormwood, Strawberry Gum, Roman Wormwood, Native Australian Pepperberry and Lemon Myrtle. Some of the flavours you’ll notice are the Wormwood, known for its bitter properties, which adds depth and to the vermouth, while Strawberry Gum gives it sweetness.
