Upshot is Whipper Snapper’s first whiskey, one they’ve gone to great lengths to keep quintessentially Western Australian by sourcing 100% of the grain from the locale. Made from 80% corn, 10% malted barley and 10% wheat, which results in flavours of butterscotch and maple syrup.
