Tequila Gimlet
If you love a Margarita but sometimes long for something a little less sweet, the tequila Gimlet is the drink for you.
The tequila Gimlet is a fantastic example of creative collaboration. Like your favourite superband, this drink brings together everything you love about a Margarita and a Gimlet. Think of something less sweet and more sophisticated and you’ve got this drink pegged.

Martini Glass or Cocktail Coupe
Garnish
Lime Wheel
Bar Tools
Mixing Shaker, Jigger, Strainer, Bar Knife
Ingredients
60ml Tequila
30ml Lime Juice
15ml Simple Syrup
Method
In a mixing shaker add tequila, lime juice and simple syrup . Add ice and shake for approximately 12 seconds. Strain into a chilled martini glass or cocktail coupe and garnish with a lime wheel.
